Day three was our "wild" day at Animal Kingdom. This was top on John Turner's list of favorite days at Disney. Carlton and I liked it as well, but there is a lot of walking at Animal Kingdom! It is big and very spread out!
We went on several animal treks through the woods and jungles of Animal Kingdom.
John Turner will tell that his favorite thing at Disney World was the safari that we went on at Animal Kingdom. He loved that we were in an open jeep type vehicle and that the animals were just roaming around us. Here are a few of his favorite spottings!
We had lunch at Tusker House with Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy. They of course were decked out in their safari gear!
Another favorite spot at Animal Kingdom was Dinoland. There was a cool play area where you could dig for dinosaur bones. We spend a long time in this area!
We also enjoyed riding the Triceratop Spin! Other favorites at Animal Kingdom were: The Festival of the Lion King and It's Tough to be a Bug.
