Disney Day 2: Hollywood Studios

After a good night's rest, we were up early and ready to spend the day at Hollywood Studios. I honestly wasn't expecting us to love this place as much as we did. We had thought we would probably spend only half a day or so here. We ended up staying until it closed at 9:00 that night! We loved it there!

We attended the Disney Jr. Live show. It was so much fun! Definitely a highlight of JT's day! Another show we watched that he loved was The Little Mermaid. He wanted to do it twice.

There is a parade at each park in the afternoon. At Hollywood Studios, they have a Pixar Parade. It was such a fun parade. John Turner was excited to see all of his favorite movie characters!

I remember totally loving the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids play area at Disney when I was a kid. John Turner loved it as well. We had to drag him screaming from that place! It was also a cool, nice rest spot for all of the parents too!

Woody and Buzz were probably the biggest stars of the day! We rode Toy Story Mania about a million times!

We had lunch reservations at Disney Jr. Play and Dine at Hollywood and Vine. John Turner was able to eat lunch and visit with some of his favorite Disney Jr. characters. We waited around that place forever so that he could meet Handy Manny!

At night, Hollywood Studios has a huge show called Fantasmic! We are so glad we decided to stick around for this amazing event! Totally blew me away!

And you can't visit Hollywood Studios at Christmas without seeing the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. Truly a beautiful sight!

And then it was time for the park to close so we had to call it a night! Time to rest up for our first day at Magic Kingdom!
